She channeled her passion for food and small businesses into building successful CPG products over the last decade. From concept to distribution, she has developed both refrigerated and shelf-stable product lines, managing every aspect from product formulation to custom packaging and securing distribution in major retailers like Whole Foods, Costco, Sprouts, Wegman’s and more.
Having navigated the complexities of the CPG world, she’s gained invaluable insights that only come from hands-on experience. Her mission now is to empower other CPG founders by providing them with the tools and resources they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Ann has a proven talent for crafting effective business strategies to grow and scale small business. She specializes in implementing processes and systems that drive efficient and profitable growth. Ann previously founded Dry Greening LLC, where she leveraged innovation to address sustainability by eliminating plastic bags from the dry cleaning process.
After this venture, Ann then addressed sustainability in the Food & Bev space by creating a patented innovative packaging solution for tea which she launched into major retailers like Target, Fresh Market, Whole Foods and more. Her mission now is to leverage her knowledge help other small businesses grow efficiently.
